HealthKey App app for iPhone and iPad

This is an app designed for both common good and individual benefit. We’re looking for ways to get reliable feedback from community members that’s nimble, provides fresh data and that doesn’t cost too much. We need to find out whether this new app method can help individuals, hospitals, county health departments, nonprofits, and others that help make our community a better place. We want to help decision-makers in your community learn insights that can shape funding and policies to improve local health and well-being.
